Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided with your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our control.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact us so we can assist where possible.

Timeless Curated & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address or unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
